If you rented a camera and purchased professional photos and videos but only see one of these items, on a Mac, go to Finder and open the USB from the devices section. For PCs, access your devices through the appropriate menu and look for folders labeled marine life, video, people, and camera rental files. If you're having trouble playing a video, check the file extension and make sure your video player supports that file type. You may need to upgrade or change your video player accordingly. If your microSD card is not showing up, ensure it is inserted properly into the card reader. Navigate to your device's files to access the card and check if it is fully inserted.
